If anybody's interested there are some articles on N4G about DX12, it just features tweets from that Stardock developer and there is a interview with the Graphine Ceo, interesting info but as always but anything that comes from N4G means beware of the SDF and the same few trolls are there arguing and just do not give up, do these people not have better things to do ?? Anyway i'll leave the links below n4g.com/on news/1492428/graphine- ceo-dx-12-closer-to-the-metal-allows-more-optimization-for-granites-tiled-streaming n4g.com/news/1492413/directx-12-could-end-xbox-one-resolution-woes-suggests-stardock-ceo

Wow. People just don't get it. Looking at the trees they can't see the forest. They see 1080P/900P or 900P/720P and assume the PS4 is superior, but when placed side by side the games look damn near identical ( multiplats of course ). See what our 1.83tf, 18cu, 8GB GDDR5 beast can do versus your puny 1.31tf, 12cu, haha 8GB DDR3 weakling! Numbers do not always tell the whole story. Look and you will see. Ever since microsoft stepped into the console arena they have done nothing but innovate and improve console gaming. So what exactly has sony brought to the table that they should be held in such high esteem? Let us see: hdd in consoles (ms), online gaming (ms), unified memory/shaders (ms), achievements, gamertags, etc... sony: the optical drive. Cd, dvd, blu-ray, oh and a bunch of...well lies - toy story grahics for ps2. Not. 120fps,4d gaming for the ps3, not to mention the killzone lie. Sony has built a very impressive machine. For now. The one is built for the future: move engines, swizzles, tiled resourses,dx12 etc. The CLOUD is the future.

Your absolutely right but the thing is when you make a valid point to these fanboys they just dont want to know, they can't see past the numbers like 18cu and GDDR5 ect. and lets be honest and say that they dont have enough knowledge to no any better. The articles going around the internet from ignorant and biased so called gaming journalist's certainly doesn't help when the spew out pure nonsense and of course fanboys will take what they say as fact.

orion: dual render pipelines are a pre-requisite for a multithreaded GPU. DX12 unlike the predecessors is not about adding new HW capabilities into the API, it is about changing the complete API into a optimized and efficient programming interface with less overhead and more control over workflows by moving control from the API into the programmers hand and his application (game). and with move engines and co processing units, armv8 and experience with this design, it looks very good if this will be the true. Think 3-5 years in the Future, we will have on surely on both conoles sub hd, but i think the x1 look more optimized for this situation, if offload cloud can not deliver.
