There is no prove at all. It is not mentioned in that article for which consoles they producing chips. There is not even an indication or hint that the Xbox SOC could be part of this. There is a possibility that they produce the dies not more not less.

This is the reason I always repeat:

"we are always discussing about possibilities unless we get formal confirmation of the companies that are involved into the manufacturing the Xbox One components, only the time we have that confirmation we can talk about proved facts"
