Hello ladies and gentlemen,

Let me start off by saying that I'm truly sorry for the wait.I was planning on dropping some info and insider stuff on Titanfall and because of the hectic meetings I have been attending the info got leaked before I could do it.I'm sorry I dropped the ball!So I decide to drop some info whats going behinds the scenes at Microsoft right now and why I'm choosing to.

It is hard for me to give you info on secret games in dev when there is a big shake up starting in the Xbox division.As you all know Stephen Elop is now head of the Xbox brand.The SDF is already saying he is preparing Xbox brand for a sell off.Well that rumor isn't true.Stephen Elop and Microsoft is starting to lay the ground work to make Xbox brand its own division is true.

People say the Xbox brand doesn't make money and that isn't the truth!Xbox is part of the Devices and Entertainment divison.This division has been known for many years to bleed a ton of money for research.Secondly not all Xbox branded income goes back into the Devices and Entertainment or is tied to Xbox income.So on paper you could say that it looks Like Xbox is bleeding money,but its really the division.

With the groundwork being laid,all Xbox projects are under further review!So some things we heard about might not happen or projects in the being stages will be dropped.As everything Xbox related will go under the proposed Xbox division.Its a wait and see thing.Now that will not effect officially announced projects or games!

Secondly about the rumor of Amazon having meetings with Microsoft.There where meeting between Microsoft and Amazon,but it had to do with Amazon trying to acquire the rights and license to be the music,movie and tv provider for Microsoft Xbox media services ie Xbox Music.

I cant break or hint to anything big for the next week or so until I know things are 100% go.

So what I gather from this is that the Xbox Brand is planning to expand, which may or may not be a good thing depending on how it's done. With you saying that everything is going under the microscope, I hope some of the stuff their working on will still be funded. Like Illumiroom and the holodeck.

When you come back insider, can you update us on a potential Cortana update for the Xbox? Maybe instead of "Xbox -insert command-", maybe we'll get "Cortana -insert command-".

Xbox division:

I hope Mr Elop isn't the kind of controller/excel sheet guy and does consider the stories behind the cold numbers. Otherwise I fear some major drawbacks for the things that are in development at MS in the short and mid-term. As myself is working with one of the biggest IT companies I know how that type of executive management can harm the business in the long run.

A separate division may take a way some of the bureaucratic stuff that Xbox may have to contend with. I am still floored that we are seeing monthly updates, some things at Xbox central are humming along very well, I guess e3 will show us if everything else is humming along as well. I like the recent report that Phil Spencer said we have so much to discuss we are having to cut out things...and also his point about keeping too many suits off the stage (I think he said "there will be less execs" which means less stumbling on stage hopefully). This Xbox as its own division may also help the vocal minority of the Board of Microsoft see the potential they have with Xbox and stop trying to sell off such a lucrative and especially consumer focused asset.

If only Microsoft could get a la carte programming. I presume the Oligopoly of cable TV providers will forever stop that personal fantasy from happening. However, the only side step for this is something that is being done by a few cable/internet channels such as The Blaze and WWE network (and perhaps a few others). It may be the only long term solution to end the Oligopoly grip. However, you have the Oligopoly holding the internet bandwidth, so damn, damn, damn.
