Release in Fall 2014 Kevin Conroy will be back voicing Batman. Harley Quinn will be a playable character. You will get to drive the Batmobile. There will be a brand new villain. The city will be 5 times the size of Arkham City. More details over at Polygon

I'm ashamed to admit this, but I've never played any of the batman games. I might have to pick this one up though.

If you're unsure, you should really just give Arkham City a go, and if you happen to like it, you can go back and play Arkham Asylum and then Arkham Knight.
