time for all us xbox gamers to get back together. with whats about to come we will all forget our petty differences and share a universal smile. i only ask everyone when its all said and done and the mass migration starts, please welcome our former enemies with open arms. afterall we are all just people who share a passion for the same hobby. thank you I would love to believe that MisterX's blog is a place for ALL of us to come together, but the fact is, its not. Its a place for people that are VERY like minded to find a home. I love X1, I've talked it up since it was announced and since i got it. I was also very level-headed and respectful with my posts. Even i got run out of there, in part by MisterX himself. He later apologized because he mixed me up with someone else... but thats too little too late. Having one person dictate the entire community does not make a community, it makes a dictatorship. I appreciate the news/insider info he posts, and i will continue to post from time to time there, but i'm never going to be the same contributor i was prior. I shouldnt have to post in "fear" of being ganged up on and run out of there for a slightly different opinion on any 1 topic. On a side note, i sent you a livejournal message parasite. |

He made it sound like he was giving the "bad kids in class" a second chance to shape up. In reality, a large percentage of people that were banned did NOTHING wrong other than disagree, many very respectfully, with what misterx's insider stated. instead of meaningful discussion, a lot of those people were just banned. I would be more receptive to it if he took more of the blame for maybe being a little too defensive and not seeing through the discussion as long as it remained respectful. Just my 2 cents. |

I agree that he hasnt accepted any responsibility for his actions. Im not sure about others but when I was banned I wasnt even allowed to respond to his ban message.
I have still visited his site to read everyones thoughts and opinions about daily news. I thinks it is a step in the right direction that MrX has taken by unbanning most people.
I also agree that most people that were banned did nothing to deserve it. It is a little odd that he is requesting that posters who disagree with the insider to post links to backup their statements when the insider's posts rarely provide links to back up his claims. There will not always be a link that is relevent to every opinion.

I really appreciate all of the information about Xbox you have shared with us on MrX blog. It was always very welcomed insight information about all the secrets with the Xbox One. Only to be sure I really hope the "former enemies" you mentioned are related to some Xbox-haters in the like of some SDF individuals. I know nobody on MrX blog or this blog that is any kind of anti-MS or anti-Xbox except that "truthandfax" guy that have polluted MrX forum recently. so again Welcome!! |

This is very true, for example if parasite is sharing his insights from his discussions with his contacts and they may contradict some of insiders hints, how parasite can provide a link? I personally think the last days MrX have noticed that the traffic (=amount of substantial comments) was slowing down a bit compared to the time before. Furthermore the group of people that posted was much smaller and very different (very much new commenters), so I believe he was afraid the he banned to many people that were substantial for the diversity of the discussion on the side. And to unban them he needed a simple reason and rule that let him look good after the actions he made. But we should not blame him for this, it is human behavior after all!  |

At the moment I reckon there is only about 10-15 people posting on MisterX and they are mostly the die hards who agree with everything insider/MrX/MrC post. Recently there are just tons of long posts from MisterC that have absolutely no replies as they have chased off all the people that actually understand what he's talking about! Its just a few long posts from MrC game news from Smashmouth and cheerleading by everyone else!  ? I used to visit site multiple times a day but there is really no discussion on site anymore. |

Thats the result if you restrict the community in the way they did. I have just checked I am still banned there because it seems I am a real thread because ... I don't know. To be honest and fair I had some PMs with MrX where I complained about the behavior of MrC. Maybe he cannot forgive and forget this, but I did not complain about the knowledge or the theories of MrC, I only complained about the behavior not to really discuss things. |

Hey guys, I agree with you. I've been reading the block since june 2013. There were so many good discussions and they were the reason I checked out that place so often. I especially enjoyed your comments mrzweistein as you always have been somehow the voice of reason, as well as chanogram. You seemed to understand what mrC was posting about and asked the right questions to clarify things or challenge false predictions. Lately it has become quite boring going there. I love the gaming news of smash and now and then I understand some of mrCs posts but it always seems as he is repeating himself over and over. I hope the influx of news and discussion will improve again. And hopefully I find good discussions and information flow here as well  |
